GIFA Wheels of Hope Brings Free Healthcare to Communities

The Patience Umo Eno Golden Initiative for All (GIFA) recently completed its three-day Wheels of Hope Medical Outreach, bringing free healthcare to pregnant women and children under five in Uyo, Onna, and Ika Local Government Areas.

The outreach kicked off at Ikot Ebido Primary Health Centre, Uyo, where residents received medical consultations, essential drugs, and health education. The initiative reflects GIFA’s Fight Against Diseases agenda and the compassionate leadership of His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno, PhD, through the ARISE Agenda, which ensures that quality healthcare reaches everyone.

In Onna, more than 500 pregnant women and 300 children benefitted from vital care, while in Ika, the programme concluded with similar life-saving interventions. Community members expressed heartfelt gratitude for the timely support.

As GIFA counts down to its second anniversary on February 20, 2026, the Wheels of Hope Outreach stands as a reminder that true success is measured not in numbers, but in lives touched, pains relieved, and hope restored.
